At Luna Marketing Studio, amplifying women’s voices isn’t just part of what we do; it’s at the heart of who we are. For over a decade, it’s been a dream of Drew’s to create a space where women’s stories shine, their resilience is celebrated, and their journies inspire others. That dream is becoming a reality in 2025 with the launch of our new series, Le Femme Foundry.
Le Femme Foundry is our way of spotlighting the fearless, innovative, and boundary-breaking women shaping industries and redefining success. Twice a month, we’ll introduce you to female founders and business owners who are blazing trails and making waves in their industries. Through authentic storytelling and meaningful connections, we hope to inspire, educate, and celebrate the incredible contributions women bring to the world of business.
Did you know that while women make up 50% of the workforce, they hold only 25% of executive or senior-level positions in S&P 500 companies? These numbers are a stark reminder of the challenges women face in entrepreneurship—and why it’s so vital to amplify their stories. Le Femme Foundry is our small but mighty effort to bridge the gap, highlighting the resilience, ingenuity, and success of female leaders.
This series is more than just a blog feature. It’s a celebration of possibility. At the end of the year, we’ll bring these stories to life in a stunning coffee table book—a tangible testament to the power of women’s voices and their impact on the world.
