As a Content Creator at Luna Marketing Studio, your role is crucial to our close knit team and to the clients we serve. You are a dynamic team player who values great communication, creativity, organization and excellence in your work. You are a solid mix of creative genius and a Type A Ninja! You are excited to serve the clients you work directly with and treat their business with the utmost care and attention to detail. There are 3 key areas that you will be responsible for with each client you work alongside.
CONTENT CREATION:
-Take the marketing strategy/vision and create a social media plan
-Research trends, topics, statistics, etc. according to the needs of each client
-Coordinate with clients monthly to include any special occasions, holidays, events, etc. that should be included in their monthly content
-Write all captions and emails and submit for approval by Heather/Drew
-For clients that capture their own content: Sort through provided content (photos, videos, reels, graphics, etc.) to coordinate with captions and emails
-For clients that we capture their content: Capture, edit, and/or create content (photos, videos, reels, graphics, etc.) to coordinate with captions and emails
-Submit plan, captions, and content for approval to client
-Make necessary edits/revisions according to client feedback
-For Pinterest clients:
-Create a content plan
-Determine clients keywords and phrases for Pin titles, descriptions, and alt text and
Board titles and descriptions
-Create daily Pins from clients’ social media accounts, website, blog, etc.
-Create custom Pin graphics using clients branding
CONTENT MANAGEMENT:
-Research and create multiple hashtag groupings for each client
-Once content is approved:
-For clients that schedule their own content: provide all deliverables necessary for them to schedule their monthly content
-For clients that we schedule their content: draft/schedule all monthly content
-Confirm daily that all client posts have been completed
-Problem solve and troubleshoot mishaps that arise with client
-Conduct weekly 20 minute meeting with clients to check in
-Study client analytics to determine what is performing well and what needs improvement
-Gather monthly analytics to compile into client’s Monthly Report
-Update clients Quick Links spreadsheet monthly with all their deliverables and completed tasks
-Conduct end of the month meeting with clients to discuss analytics and the upcoming month
-Consistently communicate with and update Drew on client projects and progress
ORGANIZATION:
-Respond to client emails and texts daily
-Set up weekly and monthly meetings with clients
-Schedule client content creation days
-Schedule approval times with Heather/Drew
-Manage all content projects to be completed by assigned deadlines
-Coordinate with clients on any content that is needed in preparation for deadlines
-Keep up with your calendar and projects
-Organize all content according to client, month, platform, etc.
-Consult with Drew on new offerings or upsells for clients

SPECIFICS:
-Contract position
-Hourly pay determined on experience
